The scale of our clinic operations allows us to create unique value propositions, effective marketing programs and purchasing and referral partnerships that no single or small group of clinics can match. Second, our Learning Organization. As business operators we've failed at (and learned from) more initiatives than most clinics will ever get the chance to attempt. We know what works and what won't work. Let me ask you how often a single clinic shares best practice ideas with OTHER clinics down the road? The answer - never. From initial training, to weekly calls, to clinical rounds with other franchises, our community of progressive care providers is continually upgrading their knowledge and skills. Lastly, our Systems and Processes are critical for you to manage and power up your clinic. Our proprietary information system was developed in our clinics, by our franchisees for our franchisees, allowing them to drill down into the key metrics needed to manage their businesses. In our initial training, franchisees receive a detailed operations manual to implement our proven methods. You can't take advantage of these benefits by starting a clinic on your own.
