Area Developers

Physiomed is looking for Area Developers to support our rapid expansion. If you’re looking to make an investment in the future of healthcare then this may be the opportunity for you. Area Developers work in a specific geographic area (usually a target of between 25-75 potential Franchisees) to:
- Lead the initial sales and business development efforts including running local and regional events to promote the Physiomed brand, calling on prospective candidates, networking in the industry and following-up with referrals
- Support the prospective franchisee applicants through the sales process including auditing their existing businesses, identifying opportunities for success, presenting documents, explaining franchise law and assisting with the application process
- Once a prospect becomes a franchisee, the Area Developer is responsible for helping start-up or convert a clinic, ongoing business monitoring, motivating, coaching and analysis to ensure the business continues to grow and that any challenges are addresses and opportunities are seized.
- Potentially open you own clinic(s) in the future
You share directly in the franchise royalties of your region, so as your franchisees prosper you will too. Physiomed provides you with training, marketing (through branded materials and events) and operational support developed from the experience of existing Area Developers and other successful franchise models. As you grow in your business you’ll have the opportunity to expand to other geographies and business models, introduce new product lines to your franchisees and build value in a saleable business that generates solid annual income.
